Flames -n- Knives

I'm still waiting for replies to several emails. A whole week since my last post. I will leave follow up here once the matter is resolved. :(
 
I've purchase 3 knives from Flames & Knives. Each one has been at a great price and relatively sloooowwww shipping. I'm a patient person so that works for me.
 
Steve Hamilton of Flames-n-knives replied to me today admitting fault and apologized for the delay in returning my emails. I'll let you know when the missing knife (Gunting trainer) arrives.
 
I shy away from dealers who put a disclaimer that FREAKIN' long in their listings. Just like when a shop thinks that having a sign tacked to the wall behind the counter relieves them from being professional. :rolleyes:
 
I finally recieved my PE Temperance 21 days after winning the auction.
I didn't get ripped off......but the poor communication on their part and the extremely slow shipping....I'm sure he didn't yet have the knife when he sold it to me....don't think I'll be buying from him again.

Steve @ Flames -N- Knives just had the gall to leave *me* negative feedback. :mad: He must be upset with me for being upset with him taking 3 weeks to send a knife that was paid for seconds after close.
I will *never* buy anything else from Flanes - N- Knives and I would urge extreme caution to anyone who does.
Knife was sent 18 days after auction and recieved 3 days later.
He has no honor and deserves to find another line of work.
Did I mention he's a vindictive bastard? :mad:

He was probably the first user I ever gave a negative feedback too. If he would have just kept me updated, said there was a problem filling my order or been friendly, I would have never given a negative.
What torques me is that he gave me a negative strictly for retaliation. As a buyer, I fulfilled my obligation promptly and correctly......and he blatently lied when giving me feedback.

You can contact ebay and tell them the story.They will remove the neg from your feedback.
 
Hi I think you can "respond" to the negative comment that was placed against you, doesn't give you a whole lot of words but can respond to his remarks, and would contact ebay as the other person advised, I wish you the best of luck with this.
