Flat, deep carry EDC

Chaparral FTW! Seriously, this is the slim light deep carry screams quality pocket perfection.

If that doesn't tickle your fancy, a Sage2 is Sebenza like and the slimmest of the Sages...

Nice photo!

The Sage 2 is a great knife, looks great, works great, feels great in hand. My issue with the Sage 2 (and Sage series in general) is how big the thing is in your pocket for how much sharp steel it provides you.

Here are two knives suggested in this thread, a Mantra (Mantra 2 in this case), a Sage 2 and also the CKF Ratata I'm carrying today. As you can see, the Sage 2 is a lot larger closed than the Mantra, and a smidge smaller than the Ratata:

Here they all are open, though, and suddenly things look strange:

The Rattata has ~3.6" of sharpened blade length, the Sage 2 has ~2.625". In case you think I'm exaggerating how similar the two feel in the pocket closed, here they are stacked:

I have a Spyderco Memory that is quite flat, and so is my Benchmade 530. Even a Victorinox Electrician's in Alox is quite flat. Same for a Dragonfly.

Out of the box a bit, a CRKT Swindle by Ken Onion. Or a Leek for that matter (though you'd need an aftermarket deep carry clip).

Benchmade 530 is super thin, but not all that sexy.

Oops, I thought thin when you said flat.

American Lawman -- beefy, but very easy to carry (once the handle is worn or sanded down a tad, otherwise it eats pockets when new).
