Thank you, Fred
Fred,
I would like three as soon as you can get them to me,
I would also like to offer some advice, if I may. I would not buy three if yoiu priced them at $135, but I would buy 2. You would find yourself selling 75-80% as many and make a lot more money. No one is more sensitive to price than I. For your own benefit, give this some thought.
I appreciate your input, A.G and do believe in giving price reductions to people wanted to purchase more than one item. I do this at shows when someone wishes to purchase more than one knife.
At present, I am manufacturing the jig in my small shop, so they are not being turned out in great quantities. I have a hundred orders to fill at present and want everyone who has requested a jig to get one.
I will gladly work with you on purchasing multiple jigs after I fill the orders I have on hand.
If you send me your mailing address I will add you to the contact list.

Best regards, Fred
I can't remember expressing my interest but please let me know when ready.
If you will send me your name and mailing address along with your forums name for cross reference, I will contact you when they start coming off the mill, which should be the second or third week in September.

Thank you, Fred
Please put me down for one too.
Jon

I'm interested to see the video Fred, cuz I haven't wrapped my mind around it yet.
So do you look at the bubble while grinding?
This thread is an interesting display of knifemakers' oddities... grinding on a tool rest or with a jig is "cheating" but the list for a bubble helper is a mile long.

Like watching people at the airport.... can't help but enjoy taking it all in!
Best of luck with it Fred
Nick,
We are making progress on the video; its a couple of weeks out yet.
The Bubble Jig does have a learning curve to it; but it is a short one.
You do reference the bubble while grinding, but only in a peripheral manner.
I used the jig yesterday on a large S guard, for a fighter. Wanting to get and exact bevel on both ends of the guard I attached the jig to the guard and used it to grind the four sides of the S'es at the exact same angle relative to each other.
It's a handy little shop tool and has many uses.
I appreciate your good wishes for my success, Fred
