perhaps, im sure ebay has some type of regulations, albeit lax, regarding these types of matters.

if a buyer were to receive the knife, then find out the description was false, they would have a legitimate gripe.

im not sure this would fall under criminal law, but a civil suit may be in order if the seller refused a refund based on the false statements.
 
true dont buy if you dont like.

however, the seller is misrepresenting a company that many of us are deeply committed to. to see the description, and apparant lack of concern for corrections provided by many, leaves a bad taste in my mouth as well.

and isnt this what the gbu is for? to let others know about these types of sales?


oh i agree, i would have just read it and moved on though, but thats just me.........
