Folder Pivots

We have the following folder pivots. The pivots are machined to +.0002 -0.0000. Both pivots are threaded to 64 tpi which makes it easy to adjust the tension. The .187" pivot is a #6 screw and the .250" pivot is a #8. The pivots are machined from 416 stainless and heat treated full hard to approximately HRC 42. The raised .0005" shoulder next to the pivot head is for a press fit.

I LOVE the fine thread pitch !

A cool feature on the 1/4" pivots is the fact the screw is available with or without the torx head drive, making them completely customizable on both sides

I used Chucks pivot in this last pistol/folder. Very high quality and precise measurements. They have the fine threads needed to adjust blade wobble. I want to replace the screw with a slotted one for this application. Send me one chuck.
