Me too on the Military. The KW exclusive green G10 with CTS204P is a great knife that's a bit over your budget, but well worth it. Millie's pop up on the Exchange all the time for decent prices, but don't linger long. That says something.

Another I'm partial to is the BM 710--a true, AXIS lock classic. It's discontinued, but they show up on the Exchange here and there in your price range, OP. They sell very quickly too.
 
Another Military fan. Also, for about $130 the ZT 0909 is available still.
 
I agree Spyderco Military. Also try the Resilience too 4.25" blade length cheap enough for a beater knife you can pick up anywhere for around 50 bux.
