I throw my espada too. I know it's expensive, but i was curious about it's lock strength and tip strength. The large espada flies pretty well and the tip is not bad, however the Aus8 steel gets blunt very easily. Of course, the lock never failed =)
Few days back i tested my cqc7 by throwing it. It's the first time i have thrown a knife with a liner lock mechanism. To my surprise, the lockup of cqc 7 improves with more abuse.
