So long as you respect the laws of your locale and the regulations of the workplace you should be able to carry concealed whatever self defense capable knife that most appeals . If that knife is socially unacceptable , then don't show it to anyone . Cold Steel makes lots of folders of various sizes and styles that might fit your needs . Spyderco , ZT and Kershaw also are worth considering .

Carrying a weapon does not mean you automatically develop fighting skills . Might want to get some training if you're seriously concerned .
