Hello dear friends,
With God's good will today i finished a new knife that i hope you enjoy!
Is there anyone with me when into a restaurant and getting a nice steak BUT all the joy fades out when you realize you have to cut it with a blunt piece of soft steel that 'rides' the steak through all the plate?!? Now i have the solution
Made using 12c27 stainless steel, +/-60hrc, exotic wood handle, black micarta liner, hardened 440c pivot pin for an ever lasting knife and riding on bronze washers this is a ULTRA light knife that fits perfectly into ones pocket no matter if at work, camping or dining in a fancy restaurant.
The knife comes with a handmade genuine leather slip on case.
