I didn't know you could be folksy in Chicago....

If that means not needing to chop sides of beef or cinder blocks in half with my knife...I guess you can.

Funny, I never thought of myself as folksy either, but id it's good enough for Jethro, its good enough for me!!! Better tell the wife to git in the buggy, we're goin to town!!

Now, folksy can just mean a bit old fashioned and down home. Ya kin still wear shoes. Heck, Andy and most of them fellers around Mayberry did, even the Darlins if I recolect.

I don't mind being called folksy at all. I even take it as a compliment. Am I still folksy when I'm cleaning my Bushy AR-15 and listening to hard rock music? ;) Then again, I do have my pipes, to include some cobs, and some folk and bluegrass music, a lever gun and shotguns with real walnut stocks. Reckon I'm a multi-faceted folksy feller. Eh, works for me. :D

Me folksy ? What an ego crusher. :(

That's it. . . .I'm selling all my slippies ! :D

My wife swears our little Rachel hasn’t been the same since we got our grub on at the local Squat & Gobble a few months ago. She even started breastfeeding again, among other things. Of course, I couldn’t have been prouder when her first words were “Daddy, go out to the truck and get my smokes and beer.” They grow up so fast…
