Wow! What a feast!!
That looks great Barrett, I'm glad you were able to visit an old haunt buddyI had lunch today at one of my favorite places from back in college, Hugo’s in Fayetteville, AR. Simple food — we had burgers, fries, a couple beers — but they do a fantastic job.

How do you rate that hot sauce Barrett? It's widely available here (I have some, but haven't tried it yet)![]()
That looks super tasty Mike
LOL! Yeah, there looks to be a lot of good eating there! The nachos would have been more than enough food on their own, but the place is supposed to be known for their tamales, so I couldn’t pass them up.![]()
Thanks for the information BarrettIt’s been a while since I’ve had it, Jack. You see it on the table at a lot of Mexican/Tex-Mex restaurants here. If I remember correctly, it’s pretty mild but tasty, and along the same lines as Tapatio, Valentina, etc.
Those salsas look great BarrettThey had a nice selection of house-made salsas at the place we ate. We had a Hatch green chile salsa, their red house salsa, and one they called “Devil’s sauce,” which was described on the menu as “super spicy” but was really more like “slightly spicy” (it did taste good, though). The Hatch green chile salsa was my favorite. You can see them a little better in this photo.
