Cooked a couple of steaks for the better half and myself. One pic is before it went into the Sous Vid and the other is after it was seared. It was delicious. The knife is my Horsewright cowboy with iron wood handles.

Never tried Pineapple on Hamburgers that I know of . Back in 2005 we were in a little place south of Kakadu and had a Hamburger With The Lot . Among other things that I do not remember it did have a Pickled Beet . A hamburger not to be forgotten .

I'd add Horseradish too, crazy about the stuff. And Mustard is like Stag, no such thing as a bad one, only some are stellar
