I'd add Horseradish too, crazy about the stuff. And Mustard is like Stag, no such thing as a bad one, only some are stellar

Also like some Horseradish on beef and really like Mustard with some Horseradish in it . Mustard that will make you bat your eyes and take your breath away .

That what I was using, hot english mustard, too much & you know about it. I like spicy waiting for my first harvest of chillis.

Egg sandwich with a side of beans. The egg was mixed with some green pepper, onions, and diced summer sausage before frying, with a little cheese melted on top at the end. Ranch dressing on the toast that will be the "cover" of the sandwich.
