It is I went to town on 'devilling' the mushrooms too That looks delicious!

Getting "creative" with the chili today, made a shakshuka-like thing with some eggs and cheese. Tasty but I still have one more day to go on the chili, one of us will be victorious, hopefully not the chili.

I'm glad to be back from my vacation, and eating better again! I was served this, as a main course in the "a la carte" restaurant of my hotel. Not sure what it was supposed to be, but I strongly suspect that it was made up with the leftovers from the sushi roll starters!
