For me, it was the Leek. How did you get turned on to Kershaw?

Original Random Task in 98. I have other brands but 99 percent of the time, a Kershaw/ZT
finds it's way into my pocket.

Love the centofante, great little knife. The mini cyclone done in TI and zdp is a great knife too.

G10 Leek got me hooked on Kershaw

Straight edge G10 Leek for me too. I would have never got it if it weren't for all the ebay bucks I had racked up from a large purchase. I ended up paying 5 dollars out of pocket for it. It was my only knife for about 3 months until I lost it. I was very upset because even after 3 months of owning and using it, I couldn't see myself paying (back then about 100 dollars) that much for it. Luckily, I found it under the sofa a few weeks later (after I had already gotten a CRKT). When I found it it became my EDC again. Now, I can say I have a little knife collection of about 25 and haven't carried the Leek in a long time.

My first Kershaw was a Boa plain edge, bought at a sportsman show in about 2000. I paid way more than I wanted to but i couldn't not buy that knife.

And then it was stolen about two years ago... :( I'm still trying to find a replacement...

Or wishing that ZT would make a couple big recurve folders in S60V or S110v... zt03XX

For me it was the Chive which I purchased several years ago. All in all a great smaller EDC blade that went nearly everywhere with me for a couple of years or so.

My first. Love it. Got a Blur on the way. I had a ZT0350 before this but I consider the Tyrade my first Kershaw.

Want many many more.

I've had a lot of Kershaws over the years, all of them went by the wayside. I started out with the Ken Onion designs, Scallion, Chive, Leek etc. The Echo, mini Cyclone, JYDII (one of my favorites, won one from Thomas too). I saw the MUDD, played around with it, and let it head on to other pastures.

I saw an episode of NCIS and was intrigued by the big ZT Gibbs was carrying. Decided to get one of my own. Couldn't find a 302, got a 301 instead. It is a heavy, big thick knife. As someone who prefers a full flat grind slicer on most of my blades, this thick blade can still cut. Now, I'm stuck on ZT blades. The 560 or 561 is next on my list.

Blur is what got me started. Leek and Skyline probably see the most pocket time of my Kershaws now.

For me it was a Kershaw Barrage. It was my first knife over 10 dollars.
I liked it so much, I bought a Blur and another Blur(SV30) then a Tenacious.
It's been all down here from there.

The original Talon with the titanium handles and bottle opener just had a way about her and a sweet feel in the hand.

I got a ZT350 after reading about it here, and the rest of these followed, 551, 301, 561 and finally a couple of Kershaw's joined the party, a Leek and Tremor.

Kershaw Skyline. I've truly neglected this knife and have used it as a tool. I've used it to cut drywall, I've dropped it numerous times with the blade open, I've gone fishing with it and have left it on the bottom of boat while it was getting stepped on by me and my friends, It has gotten fish guts all over it, dunked in water numerous times, I even used it to dig a hole for a tent. It has been dropped many times on the edge but it's still easy enough to sharpen so it pops hair off my arms. I've also used it as a toy/fondler knive and have probably flipped it 10,000 times. It is amazing that this knife is just $40 and is made of quality parts, still looks new and acts like a new knife. What a great edged TOOL! It has kicked the almighty Delica FFG out of my pocket for good.

I then seen how well Kershaw treated its customers here on the forums and I vowed to try out a Blur, then I got a ZT 0200, I also preordered the BladeForums Skyline, and a couple weeks ago recieved my ZT 0560 and I recently ordered two Zings to try out. So far I think that Kershaw has to offer some of the best knives in the industry as well as the best prices.

My only gripe is that some of their clips are god awful ugly (in my opinion of course) and I stay away from a couple knives I wanna try out but can't get passed the design of the clip. I wish a lot more of them looked like the Skyline's or 0560.

I handled the Kershaw Tremor and fell in love with it.
I then fell in love with Kershaw.
It wasn't my first Kershaw, but it was the one that made me love Kershaw.
