FOR SALE S30V Spear head.

Hey Matt, Glad you like it... I debated for awhile as to whether or not I was going to stick it in my own gear bag. I guess I can always make another one for myself! Enjoy!! I think I may need to make these in a variety of steels... I have been waiting on saw blades...now I can start cutting some stuff out....I better get on that design!

OK, Sorry it took so long to get back to this... here's a drawing of a survival spear and it can be made with the drill bit or without...What do you guy's think?

That tech drawing look awesome. Can I send you drawing for a blade I've been dreaming about?
 
Hotswat...Sure, I will take a look at it! Bussecrazed, I will start on that right away for you..ok! I just noticed I put the grind for the drill bit on the wrong side for a right hand user... I will correct that in my CAD.
 
I should make one first before I put a price on it... but I would like to keep them at $75 or below for either config. with a
sheath!... that means if I had several orders for these I could get them waterjet cut and keep the price down as low as
possible! I may have to do them from D-2 with S30V as an upgrade. 1095 is another choice... Titanium can be done as well if I get them WJ cut.
 
I will probably have them cut in a few different steels at slightly different prices... I have 100lbs of D-2 here and a bunch of
S30V ... but I will need to order in the 1095 if anybody wants that... They will come with a protective Kydex sheath that will
be able to be tied into equipment. I would like to keep them as low as possible, but I really won't know till I send the drawing to my WJ cutter and make one. It will really hinge on how many people want one!
 
OK, I have 13 of these coming from my water jet cutter.... 11 of them in 3/16" thick D-2 and 2 in .145 thick S30V... Both of
the S30V spears are already spoken for I believe... So I have the D-2 in abundance! This will be a test run for fun! I have
lengthened the tang a little and made a few other mods.... and there will be a nice twist added to these that will surly get
your attention, an attachment if you will....but that surprise will need to wait till I get the steel in hand to work with... 3-6
days delivery on my parts. In this way I can do them for you guy's at a reasonable price!
 
Here is how these are coming out folks... Now this is an order for the S30V Spear and a set of 6 titanium arrow heads for a
BF member. Notice the sheath is made to act as a handle for the drilling, and there is 5 feet of paracord for attachment!
