It is the fixed blade right? Not sure what was meant by no pocket clip.

yes its the fixed blade.

it stated no clip as in no belt clip. received the knife from SOG with a cracked belt clip and did not send it back for warranty. the belt clip wound up in the trash.

the knife itself and the rest of the sheath is in new condition and never used.
