The weight of the knives to fill them must weigh a ton.

with knives about 25 pounds each...
the new buck boxes with 50 knives each weigh about 45 pounds each..
in case you did not count...
in each caze there are 23 of the 110 size slots and one 112 slot and four cases...

fat stag some times dont lock in as well....
one fell and ....
i reached out a paw to catch it to keep it form hitting ones still in the tray...
and i got a 3/4 inch x 1/4 deep gash in the left ring finger tip ...
was a damascus blade so had to look as it did not feel that bad untell ...
i looked...

You can put it on the case that doesn't hold he chubs too well as a reminder.

well i went and did it...
i was makeing the carry boxs ..
and i thought... self there is a easer way to make this work
lets do it ! so ... i did ....
things went very well ...even got finish on them!!!
was ahead so took after noon off
tonite i went to put the carry drawers in and....
the rabbit i did to make it so much easer made the sides come in 3/8 inch and now the drawers are 1/2" toooooo-d wide to go in !!!!!!!
then as i stood there with this astonded look on my face i suddlely rembered
i had thought of that in desigh and did not note it down as it the shelves were made and would not fit if i did the rabbit.... of course i did not make a note to not do it later... now i either use some thing else or i have real ugly UGLY ... trays with such nice bucks in them...
so most important ... make notes even ones to not do some thing!!!
