I don't mean to alarm you, but it looks like some of your marshmallows have garnet inclusions.
All joking aside, these look great! I like how they're not all sharp and angular like most commercially available whiskey stones.
I would like to see a set of "natural" looking stones. The color isn't a big concern and it wouldn't matter if all were the same color or not. I'm still interested and plan to order a set or more. And they can be custom made to order. If you want square cubes, round cubes, triangle cubes, it can all be made.

Got my stones today. VERY cool, man. I'm gonna pick up a nice bottle of scotch for the weekend and put these to work!
Thanks! Keep in mind these are very much still in their infancy.
Think of them as a prototype. You guys have the very batch of whiskey rocks!
If any changes need to be made; smaller, larger, more smooth, rounded more, different shape... just let me know.
I see nothing at all wrong with them. They are larger than the ones I received for Christmas last year, so a couple of these should work for a drink. I would think cold rocks is cold rocks. I'll let you know after my "research" this weekend.
I have been watching this thread with some interest.
I received a handful of these granite-stone whisky rocks as a gift from a friend several years back ..
The one thing I would offer, and it is my observation and preference, is that I prefer one large rock to several smaller ones. The reason is that the smaller rocks warm up much too quickly, whereas the larger rock will stay cold longer and transfer more cold to the liquid.
You do a nice job, heef - that is a lot of work and I am impressed!

I really like the ones in the 7th pic. Let me know if they are available.
