For those that don't frequent the Cold Steel forum...

The prototype weighed that much for sure. It's a beast
My favorite knife of the year. I completely fell in love with this blade

That's looking about as close as possible to a custom Demko as you can get! Super nice, period.

I can't wait to try one of the new Drop Forged Hunters. There's so much that can be done with drop forging and I'm glad to see CS putting it to good use. I hope to see other drop forged offerings down the road as well. Would it be possible to see an updated version of the Urban Shiv and Urban Hunter from about three decades ago?:) Yeah, early, early knives I know. But brilliant at the time.

And an extra "bravo" for doing production in the US AND keeping prices reasonable! Good job!

They've announced a bunch more stuff. Upgraded steel models of the Talwar, Voyager, American Lawman, Counter Point, Code 4, and various others, as well as a new assisted opener folder with the triad lock. The assist is a Demko design, apparently.

This.... is... not.... good.... Welcome to the table Cold Steel, let me pour you a round. Some interesting new knives and upgraded versions of almost all of their others. Well played.

I'm definitely going to get the master hunter in 3V

I still have one in carbon V, I assume the 3V version looks the same?
(full flat grind, distal taper, full tang,...)

Any indication when to expect them?

I haven't been into Cold Steel in quite some time, but I have the new ultimate hunter on the way. Should be delivered Friday. I have to really applaud them for taking a chance and making some upgrades. There are a few more on my short list as well. Admittedly the Finn Wolf was on my list, but I'm unsure of the hollow grind version of the scandi grind.
