No worries. I have signed up for "UPS My Choice", but don't see any icon for that on their e-mails. Is this part of the app, or through a web browser? I don't use the app, maybe that's why? Looks like a browser though.

Simply their email they send me. Maybe I have it available in my area and yours doesn’t?

That could be it, because I've clicked every link in the e-mail I got from them for my FMV8's, and none do that. Next time I have something on the way, I'll try again.
