Hey guys. Well I am working on getting one of these via a trade with a fellow HOG here. I know that it is basically a fighter with little "utilitary" use. But I have my work horses so that is o.k. It could be my "zombie slayer" along side my AK. ;)

Anyway, could you guys post some pics, especially of the spine (choil to tip) as they are hard to find? And any feedback and/or thoughts on it would be great. Thanks bruthas.

I know I already asked a few of you here already on this. I'm mainly looking for pics and feedback on someone who actually has/used one. Thanks guys.

I saw one at blade.

You will never break the tip.

Awesome. Thanks Wash. That is actually one of the concerns I had. I mean I have other blades that will do all the chopping, batonning, and prying. This is the blade I will strap on when I put my Predator armor on and chase the dogs . Or the taggers :p.

But still, I wasn't sure how thin the tip gets. All the pics I have seen are profiles so I have no visual of the thickness.

Here ya go Bro Bro.

You da man Dave. Thanks.

Ooooooo! Is the back edge sharpened? Im not sure if that is CA legal to carry.

It has a sharpened Band Breaker ?

I do not know if it is legal in tree hugger land?

You need to move Bro.

Tell me about it. Sheesh! I have been at the wifey regarding a move for years. But all her family are here so... :grumpy: So my 15 mile trip to work takes 1hr one way on a good day. :grumpy: I'll just have to keep at her.

O.K. I just caught this. So the back side is a "band breaker". What's a band? A strap or tie down to hold cargo/wood/etc... together in a bundle?

Good luck Bro.

Bring her to the party & she can see how cool Az. is :D

Yep, those metal bands they use on cargo

I was in Phoenix once and saw how cool it was.

I was sleeping in a cheap motel and woken up at 6:00 by the weird religious cult in the room down the hall.

I think it's also the motor vehicle theft capitol of the U.S. and it's unbearably hot in the summer.

The only thing they got right was ditching daylight savings time.

Sounds good to me. :D But I think the "cheap" motel might explain the odd happenings in the room. You sure it just wasn't Dave and a few Hogs getting wasted? :p

No, it wasn't Dave, these weirdo's were on the standard low protein cult diet. Some of them looked skinnier than KAAK (but no alien fingers).

The cheap motel explains some of it, but my group should have been the trouble makers. We were doing an ~all night thrash getting a car ready to race at Thunderbird. I think I got about two hours of sleep that night.

Now that sounds like fun!

Well that wasn't the first all night thrash we had before the race and it really sucks to be a spotter when you can barely keep your eyes open.

I had one, but ultimately sold it. When I first got it, I liked it alot, but then found others calling my name that likely would be more practical and see more use. That is why I eventually got rid of mine. I personally did not find the americanized tanto to be very utilitarian, so in a world of limited resources, I finally sold it.

Breaking anything on it is highly unlikely. The tip is massive. As you mentioned above, I think the knife was meant as a fighter. I will say this--while it does not have the greatest reach, when you hold it, the average response you can expect is "Oh my ******* God!" It is a scary looking blade. And as I recall, weight and balance was nice.

Good luck.
