Forced lemon patina on BK62

Bringing this thread up. In the 3rd picture down the one with the coffee cup. Are these scales dyed? If so what color, cause I really like it.

I believe craytab craytab put micarta scales on it.

I'm sure they are micarta but in the second to last picture they are real light colored, like factory ones. Which are what mine look like. In the picture that I pointed out they appear to be more redish in color.

Thanks for the response. So the darker one was just brown rit with some black mixed in? Crazy because it looks purple to me. I like the brown though. I'm assuming from the pic that the brown one is the one with forced vinegar patina?

I believe so. I switched them around before I sold one. I kept the vinegar patina and black brown scale combo.
