I just got this knife today. I love it! Everyone I showed it to at work said it was a gorgeous knife. Just a quick question on it. Is the edge a normal bevel, or is it a convex edge?
well, i'd say the blade is damn near zero ground down to 400grt, then i buff to a mirror finish, which kind of convex's the edge slightly from buffing , but only the edge, and most of the time gives it a razor sharp edge.
