Glad to hear from you, Rob, even though I do not know you personally, I can tell what kind of guy you are given the vast outpouring of support.

I follow all of your posts pretty closely and I appreciate all of your pics. Cannot wait to see the movie.

Had a bunch of windfall from recent storms, plus trimmed some dead branches off some of my trees this afternoon. This all amounted to a yuuuuuge pile of Maple and Locust wood that needed to be broken down into much smaller bits for disposal. :D

What do you know, there happened to be this new, sexy Mistress lying there nearby in a dark red dress, just begging for me to beat on her. :eek: I was happy to oblige her. :D :thumbsup:

I wailed on her, beat the ever loving tar out of those tree branches, and she just laughed at me. She kept taunting me, "Is that all you got???" I kept chopping, slashing, and tearing the limbs apart, but she just kept laughing and joking about my manliness. :( She got the job done without breaking a sweat, and she's still laughing at me... :oops:

A few pics. She chops well and throws big chips nicely! (Maple here.)

Bites deep too! This is after just two cuts. That's a pretty nice chunk of wood. Can't wait to try her out after I put one of my edges on! :cool: (Locust here.)

As usual, I'm a big fan of the fusion handle. :thumbsup: I was surprised how fast it seemed in hand, snap cuts when limbing were a breeze. I initially wished that this blade was taller and heavier, but it still packs a lot of chopping power for such a svelte package. And looks pretty badass while doing it! I'm a big fan!!! :thumbsup: :D Can't wait for the Nukes!!! :cool:

Nirvana! ... all I can say- Finally holding this massive hunk of Bowie clip Mistress - My first Fusion handle and first black canvas, love it! and I see what all the love is about. Great edge, sharp as hell. With all the machining, is feels a lot lighter than I imagined for so much blade. Damn I'm feeling smart right now for jumping on this one- Can't wait to see the reactions at work when they get a load of this sumbich! :D :D :D ~ Damn what a blade!

So if you pull out all your Busse's, how many times are allowed to say "this one's my favorite"? It can be more than one right? Like starting with 3" 4" 5"........on up we should get to say favorite by size and even break it down my model like "Of this model this one is my fav" - Cause, really, almost all of my little pile each one is a favorite for specific things.

Yea, all of them look amazing- they are all my favorites :D ` Hey, I thought of an out- if someone would ask "So, which one is your favorite?" ... Oh, that's an easy one! If it says "Busse" on it, that's my favorite :D

I was dying man but it's all worth it- it will be worth it. There's no letdowns with this one, no way in hell. .... To me, this one was worth all the longing and desire, did not disappoint in the least - The only thing that scares me like a nightmare is- I almost didn't get one - whoa` there it is again.... damn scary is all I can say.... damn scary.
 
They're worth the wait guys, every bit! ;) Yeah, that maroon micarta looks damned fine on her!!! :cool:

I was almost right there with ya in the same nightmare Leo! However, the Busse God's were kind to me....luckily :"). My FM should be here on Friday, I'll post pics when it gets here.

...... Busse use Express International (it's spendy though !!) and it is around five to seven working days. The only delay is beyond the control of either Busse or the postal system(s) involved and that is when Customs takes a package in for inspection, that has added a week though normally it is in and out in the same day.
