Too bad on the Camo, but we'll get over it. How about some type of an actual rat image burned into the handles?

We don't do camo blades since we don't have a source for small runs. Make the knife unique with its engraving and art! Otherwise you will be jacking the price up way too much. Keep it simple...that's the RAT way.

We don't make an Orange Izula and don't plan to add it to the line for a while, but if you're willing to pay to have the minimum amount of orange powder then we will do it. ;) Just be warned the minimum is about 500 knives worth and the stuff is expensive.

Don't want to confuse anything we do with SwampRat. They use an image of a rat as one of their marks I think.
 
AH, exactly. I'm going to quit while I'm well behind. Someone else can brainstorm this thing. I don't want to muddy the waters any more than I already have......

I want the Tar Heel Izula :eek:

Or the 440C idea would be cool as well, with the HEST or Izula.
 
Wow, this sounds interesting! I might have to get my post count up here in the RAT forum, so I can qualify. Thanks, RAT folks, for giving this idea wheels! I don't think I'd be in for a Tar Heel Izula, though. The other ideas sound good, however. I especially like the idea of a handled Izula, wharncliffe blade shape. Or the satin blade RC-3 (440C sounds good, but 1095 works for me too). Any chance of D2 as a steel? I miss that steel from the Ontario days (still have a D2 RAT3 that I EDC from time to time).
 
We can do that if everyone wants. That's pretty easy since we will run the consecutive numbers and offer them fro sale for a period of time. If someone doesn't buy their number we will sell it to someone else.

I think it would be best to discuss this openly for the next few days so everyone can get there opinions and reasons in the open. After a set time a poll should go up to decide the knife to be used. Once this is decided the artwork could be looked at since it will be dependent on the size of blade used. Lastly the color, because I think it would be the smallest detail. But all of this is just my 2 cents. Discuss.

I think this is a good idea.

If I dont have any major $$$ problems I should be in for one.
