I love it! All these museum looking pieces and you post up the Waki! I'm not talking smack, brutha, I'm with ya - I already have a waki and my new "must have" is a ZT0100. See, I'm not after the prim and proper either. Down and dirty hack it up, here too :-)

BTW OP - sorry, but I don't believe "perfect knife" and "too expensive" can go together. If there is a truly "perfect knife" or even just a "perfect knife for me" then its priceless and a bargain at whatever the tag says :-)

Another vote for the Lochsa- you did say "the perfect knife", right?

However, I'll take mine right-handed & I'd just as soon hang on to my nuts! Besides expensive, these seem to be amazingly hard to find (Lochsas, not nuts).
