I'll have a credit card bill at the end of the month if I didn't buy anything for years. I remember long ago when I paid them off every month. That was nice. Would love to see that happen again but time is not on my side.
I actually haven't used a credit card in years but my monthly charges don't seem to show it?????

I felt the same way when phil got that hanshee by keshar about 6 months ago :D -- i was frothy and jealous and all that, I still wish I had gotten it , but desire is like that :D would still buy it from him at the drop of a hat
 
Wow, lovely selection today. Too bad my oak tree decided to drop a branch 9" in diameter and rest it on my fence.

$678 to trim a tree:grumpy: It's OK. I needed it, and that big ol' branch was hung up there at such a precarious angle that any wiggling might send it crashing down unexpectedly.

Believe me, I can SOOOO close to breaking out some of my khuks and lopping just *some* of the lighter stuff off, but my rational mind got the better of me and warned me of the Darwin Award I could be winning screwing around with it.

Long story short. No khuk money (or any money for that matter) until the first of the year.
 
I always look at my bills in terms of how many knife opportunity it cost me-- electricity is 3 good khuks a month for my business and home.

I see,there are very good deals on these blems,nice photos ! It seem,there are good few guys always ready for fast email closely watching these offers:) how often are these offers advertised???
 
Nearly everyday. Auntie has been mixing it up some and posting at various times of the day, sometimes even in the evening.

Even slips in a weekend one now and then. Makes it kind of fun since you just never know. Sometimes even more than one on any given day.

Fun to watch for them.
 
These are great deals, usually nothing more than cracked handles (due to humidty difference between Reno, NV, and Nepal), easily fixed with epoxy; missing chakma and/or karda; small spots of rust, easily removable with some careful sanding, and/or rust remover; cosmetic only blemishes, dented chapes (due to shipping from Nepal); handle shrinkage, just needs a little filing; etc...

Nothing that affects the usefulness of the blades, all blems are usually just cosmetic, or handles in need of a little TLC and repair work, which is extremely easy with epoxy, sawdust, and some sanding.

Infact, some blemishes that auntie states, are almost invisible to us, but she sees them, and thus, they become blems, and our lucky gain.
 
That's really challenging for all guys,I'd say most of you know each other and therefore it must be fun.....(first come-first served basis:))

They are pretty much daily minus a day here and there. Aunti takes breaks on occasion weekends and holidays but she surprises us regularly as well. You just never know? Sometimes more than one deal in a day:thumbup:
 
So it's pretty much regular, chances to get this kind of deal for everyone....(if coincidence happen to be just right at the moment here...) most of it is gone in minutes I'd say:):):) by the way - ndoghouse- what blades you have in your profile picture??? Any more photos/closer description of these sometime available to see???

Baetis - that Balance knife is pretty much a twin to the one I got a week or so ago - I absolutely love it! Obviously not a big knife but it is amazing - it looks and feels great and very hard to put down!

I am glad I was late to the game today cause I still "need" to get an AK and a BAS but I promised myself I would take a break from spending money here til next week ... unless of course something truly rare and one of a kind comes along.
