Yeah, the postal service is useless. Their mandate is to deliver the package and it was delivered to the right address. I even told them I wanted to contact the Ombudsman, and their response is that they will not report to Ombudsman since they will not file the complaint for me!

The Edmonton PD told me to file via recol.ca which everybody else who was a victim of his in Canada and to date, no response.

OPP and RCMP were notified via the recol.ca site.

If you want to report him to the police you would have to contact the Spruce Grove RCMP detachment 780-962-2222.
