I have a titan I absolutely love. It lost a pivot screw and I e-mailed Fred. He responded quickly, he will send me new pivot screws immediately and will take the knife and service it for nothing if i want. He is a gentleman and craftsman.

Yup. Sounds like the Fred Carter I know. I own a Titan and another Gigand knife he designed. Good stuff.

After years of searching "the best" knife, half an hour ago I bought a Gigand Adventurer. I never had a more beautiful knife, well lets see, how good it will be in practice. My expectations are high Anybody has any experiences with this piece?
