Humm, Try looking at what I did to post mine... just ignore any ~ you see.

Stacy this is Mac specific so I don't know whether it'll work on a windows machine. I right click on the image where it's hosted and copy image location. Then just paste that into the image tag here and it works. There's probably a windows equivalent that would make things simple, I just don't have one here to try it.
