well I got it today, and all I can say is WOW!!

Fit and finish are top notch, the knife feels great in hand. the grinds are clean and smooth, and the overall balance is great. very well done John, thanks very much!

I`ve been using mine for all the tasks I used to use my Buck for, cutting, scraping glue, etc.

well, Ive just had it in my pocket all this time, so anything that needed cutting, really. opening boxes, food prep and eating, etc. I havent taken it out of the city yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to put it thru its paces at the campsite. It handles really well. it took me a few days to get used to it, it being my first friction folder and all. but now that I've got the weight and feel of it down, its like a dream. I'm going to try to force a patina on it and when I do I'll try to post some pics.

if anyone is on the fence, just get one! worth every penny!
