Friday morning and some camp cooking

I'm new to this forum and just love all the outdoor pictures, camping stories, cool gadgets oh, and the knives, too!
Bryan,

Thanks for posting the pics and recipe. I use the same recipe except I've never put sugar in mine. Definitely will try that next time.

Campsite looks awesome, too and the smell of coffee and bacon-that's part of what makes camping great.

One question. What kind of hat is that you are wearing? Is it a Filson?

It has character and I am looking for one that will gain character from being used and not look worn out. Anyway, your hat looks like it would be perfect.

Thanks again.

Hi all,

UDT JIM, Yes I still have some bacon lol. I keep that stuff on hand. To bad about having so much snow in your area. We are day by day getting rid of what we had. I hope it stays away from now on untill next fall / winter lol. I can always hope lol.

Revolverman 357, thanks. Glad you enjoyed the pics and comentary.

The lone Gunman, Thanks. It was a pretty good day that friday. It seems like it was just yesterday for me but it has been a couple of
months already.

Twitchyblade, I sure hope you can get out and go camping soon. It really is a great way to spend time.

Fat cat 55, Thanks. I tell ya the sugar really is good in there to. the sugar I use as from the heath food store and is unprocessed cane juice and it really is good lol. and pretty good for ya. I have also started using cinnamon in my bannock too and that really is freaking awesome lol.

Yep that is a Filson hat. It is the insulated one and then has the ear flaps that are just awesome also. this is the 2nd season that I have been wearing it. They really are top notch. I just wish they did not cost so much lol.

Well all thanks again for all the kind comments,

Bryan
