Good Morning,
I have a new knife to offer. Secs below:
Steel: 26C3 high carbon steel heat treated to RC62
Handle: stabilized and dyed box elder w/ carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube
Full tang construction. Stock thickness is .08"
Blade Length: 4.5"
Overall length is 9.5"
Blade width at widest point is 1.5"
About the blade geometry: I am not quite sure what to call it so i will explain the process.
Bevels are ground about 11 deg. per side similar to a scandi grind to about .010" behind the edge.
Bevels then convex ground to a sharp edge. Maybe it could be called a convexed scandi grind?
Handle is contoured with a palm swell.
Blade has a forced patina.
