For sale is my Buck-Strider build-out fixed-blade knife. This is new in box and has never been used or carried. I carefully touched it up on my Sharpmaker and it has a nice edge. There are some slight scuffs on the 420HC blade from the sheath, but no other signs of use.
Only 450 of these knives were made when Buck ended their relationship with Strider. The knife is 1/4" thick at the ricasso and 12 inches long overall. It's very well balanced with a good, solid feel. This is a very capable blade for hunting, tactical or military use.
The blade is based on a highly modified Nighthawk 650. The blade is 6 inches of 420HC steel with a non-reflective bead blast finish, and the knife features Strider G10 handles for a sure grip. The knife comes with a Buck-labeled nylon sheath that has a leg tie-down. It will ship in the factory box. The box has the model number 890/650-BO with a production date of 4/08/2008.
$120 shipped by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance available at your expense. I accept Paypal and will pay for all fees.
In addition to my feedback here, I have nearly ten years of spotless feedback on the 'Bay as cappyedwards. Please feel free to ask any questions.
