FS: Lacie DVD (dual layer) burner

I have a mint Lacie (brand) 24x (I think) dual layer DVD+ (burns -DVD, +DVD, DVD-RW, DVD-DL) burner with all cables and disks (instructions and software.) Unlike me...BUT I do not have the box - I cannot find it anywhere. I will give it one mor elook but as of now, consider it "nekkid."

They sell new for around $125 (more like $200 when I bought mine.) I bought a mac and it has a dvd burner in it. I burned a whole 5 DVDs for data backup when I first bought it - worked perfectly.

Is this an external unit? Does it use a power supply or is it powered by USB? Very interested if it is.

My apologies for not being more specific. It is an external burner and is powered by AC. It is connected via USB.
