Normally e-mail sent means another offer was sent or a question regarding the item(s).

The first "I'll take it." in a post is normally accepted as the first in line.

More on topic:

Damn. I'll take fourths or fifths or whatever. Payment as soon as I sell this kidney. ;)

Unless the seller specifies otherwise, it goes to whomever he wants to sell it to, even if that's a friend who may have emailed him later without saying so online.

In this case, Biginboca handled the sale absolutely correctly, despite the ambiguity of the online message, he was satisfied by the "I'll take it" in the email.

It's neither here nor there at this point but I have shipped to Russia a few times and never had a problem. :)
 
I moved these posts from FS...New Hinderer XM-18.. because they were off-topic and don't belong in a sales thread. My fault -- I should have sent the original inquiry on procedure elsewhere.
