- This is a great piece from South African maker George Muller that was acquired several months ago in trade
- This knife would be a superb carry knife - it is heavily discounted because the lock up is a bit later than I prefer, but still very solid - and at this price you are getting a lot of bang for your buck to allow you to carry and use the heck out of it!
- Everything else on this robust piece is super and ready for your pocket!

- Out of Vernal, Utah, Shane Atwood is one of those makers that I wish would really make more knives since the quality of build, materials used, creativity, and elegance in execution in each knife are amazing
- This knife is as rock solid as they come, with appealing lines and ergonomics in a medium or large hand
- The swoop of the blade appears distorted in pictures, but flows immaculately with the knife in hand
- Opens with an authoritative thwack and has zero and I mean zero blade play
- Like I said, I wish that Shane would make more knives he is honestly the first maker that I rush to see at any show where he sets up because his work is that good it is always a pleasure to see what comes out of his shop
- And, each knife comes with a classy certificate that, to me, shows Shanes inherent respect for his customers
- This knife is brand new and has left its padded case for its spot in my display case, to get oiled, and for the attached photos only a true work of art and if you are not familiar with Shanes work, I encourage you to do some research
- This knife came direct from Shanes hands at The USN Gathering in 2013 Shane was dearly missed in 2014, and I hope he will set up at the 2015 event

- This is a nice beefy double action knife with a unique feel to it in hand
- The automatic mechanism is activated by pushing the clip inward, essentially into the scale - You can see the little dome on the backside of the clip that pushes inward
- If you did not know otherwise, you would not know that it has an automatic feature
- Very secure lockup in both Manual Action and Double Action
- Satin blade with double titanium bolsters
- Blade is approximately 4 inches - more precise dimensions will be added in the next day with crisper pictures
