Here's a knife that The Buck Collectors Club and I have teamed up to offer to Members through The June Newsletter.

It is a 186 style Brass handled 110. It includes a Factory Polished blade (which has the special curved stamp no date code) and a stainless belt clip. (which I use for RH tip up carry in my pocket)
If there is a special request for a left mounted clip we can likely do that.
There will be a maximum of 25 of these available and they will include a Limited Edition Buck box.
I believe they will sell for $185 plus shipping.
The project is still in the works, so some of the above may change, but should be mostly correct.

On a side note:
All knives will be made with hand and bench tools, no milling machine, no automation.
No Factory handles will be wasted, they have remained at The Factory. Some of the proceeds will go to providing renewable energy in my shop. I will recycle the scraps from the 3/16 Brass bar.

Eye popping beauty of a substantial folder. Blade steel of S30V would make it a dream folder.

Thanks guys!
It will not have its own model number. The blade is stamped 110. I will post a picture of the stamp tonight!

It looks to be user serviceable, screws and not pins. So then would the blade be user replaceable?

I knew I would end up with at least one of Jerad's knives one of these days. This looks very promising. Beautiful work!!

It is essentially user serviceable, you could easily swap a blade I'm sure, but of course I have to reccommend against it!! The screws are 2-56 and very small! I designed this knife to be more of a collectable. It is obviously very heavy! Plus if you happen to own a 110, you know what brass looks like after a few days of handling!!

Heres a picture of the Blade, I was mistaken about the stamping earlier. You don't see this much. Anyone know the story behind them? It would make sense to me that the Factory polished blades are stamped at a curve so as to not get so much "ghost flaming" that you see on the straight stamped polished elsewhere.

Looks like a blade from the Founder's Edition.

Should have had an Alfred C. Buck signature on the blade.

A lot of knife manglers scoffed up on these when they were on clearance and used the blades for other knives after polishing off the signature.

Distinctive stamp and quite nice-looking.

I have taken next week off of my day job to get started.
I want them to be ready as soon as the orders are completed :)
The "Prototype" will be auctioned off at the Blade show as a fundraiser for The Club

Sincerely interested, since I have one of the original 186s in titanium I'd love to be able to get one in brass.

Please keep me posted as to the progress.

As you are doing a lot of Buck customs ,and cool ones at, that I think it's a good idea for the club.Did you make any special 112's yet????

Thank You,
I have done a few 112's, nothing too special. Some with Grands Damascus which is really nice. A full Ironwood bolt together I made Leroy was probably my favorite.
