thanks for the clarification. i wasn't sure exactly where to set the lock bar cut as a sweet spot. going to adjust that in the design and make the bar a little shorter.

Looking good but you should put the detent hole in the blade and lockbar. From the looks of it you will have an exposed detent hole and track on your blade, that is a real no no for some people. Personally, I hate seeing any detent hole or track, some people even consider it bad design.
You should also put in your bearing counterbore so you can see if it fits right, if you are using bearings...
I also add a 1 degree taper (up and down in your orientation z axis) to my lockbar and 8deg for my lockface.
The flipper tab looks like it may be creeping a little too far back in the closed, will lessen the leverage of the flip.
Keep going, it takes awhile to get all this right.
A trick is to work backwards with your models. I layout all the critical paths like bearings, detent, stop pin first, then design your knife. I design while it is in the closed and open. you can see the outline of closed in the pic.
