Singapore has some tough laws and harsh sentences, but apparently a citizen of theirs conducting mail fraud in the USA, is not high on their list of serious offenses.
In order to go down in Singapore, Ryan would need to get nailed with a drug charge. I’m pretty certain that he is a drug user, but someone would have to alert authorities, to investigate him for trafficking.
If this guy is still working for Singapore Airlines, I would highly suspect that he is even using his position there to smuggle some drugs. It’s not hard to imagine what he may be capable of.
He just needs to get associated with a more serious offense, but this would take money and someone with local expertise that has some law enforcement connections.

He may be some type of schizophrenic. I’ve known some that function well enough to hold down a job, but they are paranoid and do not relate on the same level as most normal folk. They always have their own unique way of relating to others, and it’s always way off base. The problem is that many of them are very intelligent, so they can cause quite a lot of collateral damage.

Well he wants everybody to know that he goes through benzodiazepines withdrawal, the meaning of (Benzo Paws).
I read that the doctors in Singapore, readily prescribe this drug, and it gets abused.
It could have started with a mental health issue, but still no excuse to act like a cold hearted sociopath.
