Ok, reality check - how's the blade play? I will buy G10 endura, no doubt, but I'd like to know whether there are maybe more improvements... I'm really dissapointed that my Chinese made Byrd CaraCara has no or absolutely minimal vertical blade play, while EVERY Japanese Endura I own has it...
Can't vouch for Zen, but this is the first Spydie lock-back I've bought that does NOT have ANY vertical play whatsoever. That's not to say that it won't develope over time, but it sure is an improvement over my Caly 3 in that department.
Mine has a few minor QC issues, such as a small gap between the lockbar and one liner, and the boyle dent grind is a little crooked. Last two high end Spydies (this and Caly 3) have had QC issues, but that's for another thread, I quess.
Anyhoo, I'll take these minor cosmetic problems any day to keep the zero play, even edge grind, and centered blade, this is one well designed knife!
