Well, last month I bought a used Eddleman Kiradashi from GabrielNotchear AKA David Hicks and have yet to receive it.

Last contact with him was July 08 when he stated that he'd gone out of town and "had a friend send it" and I should get it any day now . . . but could provide no tracking #.

Now it is the 15th and it still isn't here and he appears to have been offline since the 11th. He does have one positive feedback point here but I can't access the transaction details. After googling his username found out about a PayPal dispute opened by someone who claimed to have purchased a watch from him which was never received and stated that after getting an email which apologized for having been too busy to send it he never heard back from him again.

So, at this point I'm not sure what to think. Have opened a PayPal dispute (not yet a claim) which I stated would be canceled in the event the item is received. Several items that were ordered a week or more after this transaction have gotten here already -- and all were shipped First Class rather than Priority.

Still don't know what is going on here, if there was some sort of mix up on his end, if it got sent to the wrong address, or if I got scammed so I'm holding off on submitting negative feedback till the end of this week.

Have noted that he's been involved in several recent transactions here that show no feedback and was wondering what others' experiences with this seller have been.

Bought and paid for a TAG HEUER F1 the 24th of april that was posted on TIMEZONE.COM, posted by "GabrielNotchear" never received the watch nor a refund.

After payment I've received two emails, one "sorry, couldn't send the watch, too busy", and the last email on the 1st of may, "Someone else has send it for me", that's it, no signs of life after this. No watch either...

I've opened a dispute at paypal, and trying to get my money back, if not I'll try a different method.

PayPal refunded that fellow's money on June 25th.

So far I'm seeing the same thing and have a bad feeling about this transaction. "A friend sent it for me" then no further communication. Think I might've been scammed.

Am updating this because I've noted this individual is selling a few more knives and a watch on this forum.

FINALLY received item, which was sent 2 weeks after payment was received.

Individual did state, on July 08, that item had been shipped on July 06 . . . but the postage says July 13th.

Since he is a 25 year old college student I figure he got distracted by something and made a mistake.

Dispute resolved and closed.
