Gareth Bull knives?

Haha ya, last thing he told me was he was waiting on pocket clips

Yup - completely my bad - I got used to having them available locally and available at the drop of the hat! My supplier swore blind they were "coming in soon" but there's still no stock. Got a CC and there's now a bunch flying in from your end of the world :) You guys have all the toys!

Any word on the clips? I've sent a few emails with no answers. hope everything is well.

All good this side :) Got a mail from USPS yesterday saying the order is inbound. Will check with the local guys in the morning and see if they've assigned a SA tracking reference yet.

Edit: Dude!!! Just saw the mail - post pics bro!

very bad lighting and pictures in general, but this is the knife almost done. Still need a detent ball and carbidization on the blade.

The knife is all Titanium, and the action is great. Not a huge fan of the thumb stud but its what I had access to. the edge looks cloudy but its because Ive been using it on tape and did a quick cleaning job before photos were taken.

Its no where near on your level but for a first I'm satisfied.

Gareth. The more I have been seeing your work. The more excited I am to be on your fixed blade list for what was originally called the Warlock fixed :). I probably don't wanna know wait times. But it's ok, all good things are worth the wait.

Well we are going to have to get some pitchforks and form a mob to tell your supplier, "what gareth want's, gareth get's....NOW!" =D

It's a damned good first framelock - mine was nowhere near that :) It also had a stainless lock that wasn't properly tempered so while it survived it weighed a tonne! Lock finally snapped on me though!

One question bud - Why did you put the lock and the thumbstud on the same side?

I've said it before, perfection takes time. Great job on the Shamwari, you've got everyone drooling!

:D well you see, I'm a lefty but I like closing the knife with my right hand.

I know I know, I'm weird :D

My nephew's a lefty and he's as strange as they come too.... being built backwards will do that to you.

I also really like how it's one sized tool to take down the knife. Keen to see how you do with a hollow grinding setup.

It is nice using one size for all screws. Makes it easier and faster for fitting the lock :) I must have taken the knife apart 70 times.

Who knows, tax seasons coming! I see a 2X72 in my future :D

Oh and Im gonna take more pictures in better lighting today, I really hate posting crappy photos.
