Gauging interest in a pass-around..

Thats 2 more added, good deal. I have some real high speed stuff to add to this before the kit is raffled.;) I will start w/ 2 items, and when it is time to ship to spooky, and we get this thing going I will post pics of them!!

Just an update. The kit is on to Rocky Wolf. I added a tick remover kit with magnifying glass and tick ID card. Also added a Tweezerman.

Also, how 'bout use the final product as the basis for the W&SS thinger that Spark had started a while back? Just a thought.

This is a HUGE kit. I believe sparks, was for a simple survival sheath kit. Im ok with it if Will is. I am gonna get this kit back eventually to add some high speed stuff to it, and possibly a bag. I imagine its already outgrew the original! This will be given away to someone somehow, havent figured out how yet.........

'Twas just an idea...I was realy stoked about Spark's idea and now it has disappeared.

As far as giving it away...random.com, how about that? It seems to work in the other "XXX # Post Giveaways."

That all being said, did y'all have room to squeeze me in or not? Either way, no worries...

There are probably some items that can be replaced by smaller more efficient items. Will and jwilliams, when you get the kit back, you may want to list all the items and maybe get input from everybody on what to keep for a basic or for a more extensive kit. It will be interesting to see what everyone adds.

I agree, I would like to see a final list of all the items included to compare to my meager kits.

This passaround has taken a good bit longer than we had hoped, so we're going to have to keep it as is. Thanks much for the interest though!


When it's all said and done, we will think of a fair/fun way to give this kit away to one of the participants. We'll also make a thread with each of the pieces added to the kit (and hopefully the rationale of the individual who added it).
 
Ok this is going to be on the way to siguy tomorrow. I added 6 antiseptic cleansing wipes, an After bite itch stick, and a packet of Quik-stop bleed control.

LOL! That's what she said...:D

It is a plump pack. I KNOW I wouldn't want to carry this sucker around just for myself, but think it would be great for group camping.
 
:thumbup: Great. That was my general idea for this kit, was a complete first aid kit for group, or family. Not an individual first aid survival type kit.


Boy im glad I caught that before you guys got ahold of my post.....:D
