Looks like a face of a person in the white area, the lower corner by the blade in the first photo.

I am too blessed this year to participate in the giveaway portion of this thread, but in the spirit of things I'd like to post a favorite place of mine. Here is a picture of me a few years ago at the gate to the village of Phu in Nepal.

I learned on this trip, among other things, to appreciate the blessings I had been born with- food, shelter, loving parents. The rest is all luxuries!

Great knife and great thread, thanks sitflyer for reminding us of the fragility of life and that the connections we make are stronger than steel- even if it's cryotempered D2.

Thank you for sharing that Greg!

Beautiful Texas jack, I would love to carry that Sitflyer-thanks for the chance Justin. I've been finding myself in the traditional forum more and more, modern knives just don't cut as well as traditional's imo:thumbup:

That's a great knife for a GAW, and a fitting reminder to keep us all humble.

I'm in, thank you for the opportunity, and glad you are still here 15 years later!

Well, since I'm new here, I don't have a posting history, but I enjoy traditional knives, so I'm in if you allow it.:)
