Thanks for the information and pic comparison with the Ben Hogan guys. I appreciate it. Very close indeed. Wow, the group shot above is pretty amazing too.

I got two out of the three I was after so I can't complain too much. That said, I did get the opportunity to check out a fellow member's club knife at the Oregon Knife Show and I have to say it is probably the best of the run, especially in terms of the bone that was used on it. Unfortunately, they simply don't make enough of a club knife that is coveted across the nation and likely beyond.

Of the two that I received, the Northfield remains my favorite, despite being in a cover that I don't care for. Indian Paintbrush bone has a "candy apple" look to it that I don't particularly like. However, over time and use, it does darken and mellow a bit - as evidenced by my 65 sporting the same color. I am generally pretty critical of GEC's super top secret jigging practices and that will continue with this one. It's a very uniform jigging pattern that has a machined look to it and some of the jigging towards the end cap on the mark side is polished away. Regardless, it isn't too off-putting since it still makes for an excellent everyday kind of pocket knife.

These English Jacks proved to be an outstanding run with a nice assortment of cover options. It was nice to have a classic offering, sans any perceived gimmicks - just a solid pocket knife.

Is the club knife on the right available for purchase anywhere? Or was it only for the club members?

It was offered to club members only. Membership to the OKCA is always encouraged as it is always good to support such an excellent club. However, membership does not guarantee a club knife - they are made in limited numbers and get scooped up really fast. I've been a member for a number of years but I've only ever been able to get a club knife on the secondary market and that was a few years ago.

Hey thanks for the answer. I really like the reversed Beaver shield on the club knife.
