That's what the blade reminds me of! It looks like some of the toothpicks I used to have made by Case. GEC made these too and the blade is similar. So, its a 38 Garden Jack Toothpick!

I definitely think that's what GEC was going for with their selection of #22 for their small gunstock and #44 for their larger gunstock. The 38 special seems different, though. But who knows.Isn't a 38 special a hand gun? 22 magnum, 44 gunstock, 38 special; names GEC uses for knife patterns from gun terms?
