GEC 73 Problem

Knife is back! Looks like they did take some steel off the blade, but very little from looking at it. They left my beautiful patina on. I've been letting it snap closed and have done that maybe 50 times now and don't notice any deformation in the blade. I also can't tell any difference in the spring strength, but whatever they did seems to be working.

Excellent!! Glad to hear it all worked out. That knife looks great, and those scales are beautiful.

Hey! Good for you! Thanks for posting the follow up. Too many times we are left hanging on customer service issues as to how they were resolved.

Looks great - enjoy your knife!

Great reading this and how GEC dealt with it, definitely makes me confident to begin buying more GEC knives in the new year...for months now those #56 weavers have been howling at me to buy one!!!
