GEC #74 Mustang

Awesome! Thanks for the reply. I didn’t realize that the Mustang would always have the drop point blade. That’s what Im looking for! :D
Any of you USA guys wanna “proxy” (For lack of a better word) for me?
And thank you again. How you find out this info is puzzling for me. Haha. Google didnt help me at all.

EDIT: I think proxy was the wrong word.
Was hoping to have someone who is watching when they drop snag one for me as well. Hahaha. Sorry for the confusion.

Send me a PM if you haven't already heard from someone. I'll see what I can do if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot get one.

It's too similar to the #73.
Which is why I'm not going to purchase one of the new #74's.
It's just too close to my beloved #73 and I know it won't replace it.
Now if they do produce a Clip Point, that'll be different enough for me to grab one.

I like the 74 Stallions...likely the closest I'll get to owning a Lanny's Clip. I'd also like to own a 73 or two, as I don't yet have one. Who know when will they'll be run again? I may have to "suffer" with a Mustang until then.:D

Edited to make sense

I too would prefer a 74 Stallion or a 73 Scout but since I have neither I will be looking closely at the Mustangs. Hoping for some interesting cover choices.

I like the Stallion's better than the LC. Sacrilege I know, but I have no use for saber ground blades, especially on something as small as a pocketknife.

Great working knife. This is one of my main EDCs. Had it with me the other day, working the bush hog on my Ford 2000 tractor (1974).

I’m also curious about the brown burlap. I wasn’t to excited about the 54 single blade pics I’ve seen but in hand I’m sure it will be nice.

I wonder what jigged bone color GEC will decide on, the Chocolate Almond Peach Seed was a nice lighter color on the 86 but I also liked M&G's 35 Antique yellow
